Is it possible to do ancestral state rec...Hi Liam!

Is it possible to do ancestral state reconstruction for a discrete character using maximum likelihood incorporating uncertainty over let's say 1000 trees and then plotting the uncertainty in the pies with the states? I can only do it with Mesquite and would like to do it in R.

A second question on the same train of thought, is it possible to use the simmap function also on 1000 trees and plot a summary of the 1000 maps on the tree?

Thanks again for the amazing blog!

Ricardo Conostegiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00182499478812939067noreply@blogger.com
