New phytools page

I have just moved all the content of my R phylogenetics (phytools) development page from its old Harvard server (here), which will soon start redirecting, to my faculty space at UMass Boston (here). I will keep the old URL active for as long as I can. In addition, I have made every attempt to update all the links of this blog to point to the new page. Hopefully, I haven't missed too many!
