I'm down in Puerto Rico on a lab field trip right now, but while in flight I prepared my recent mini-workshop on phytools that I gave at UCLA in the format of an R vignette. Keep in mind that this demo highlights only a small subset of the capabilities of the phytools package. I have also posted the file to scribd and you can view the embedded PDF below:
