This past weekend I was a guest instructor in the NESCent Academy workshop entitled
"Evolutionary Quantitative Genetics" that was co-organized by
Joe Felsenstein &
Steve Arnold. All the lectures from the course (including mine:

2) are online - linked via the course website, above. In addition to lecturing, I also led a short computer lab in which I demonstrated some of the simulation, plotting, and comparative method capabilities of 'phytools'. Yesterday, I pulled all the lab material into an R vignette and the PDF is posted on the course website too (direct link to
