In the processing of updating one of my tutorials for the Evolutionary Quantitative Genetics workshop at NIMBioS in Knoxville Tennessee I discovered a bug in Rthreshml that prevents the output file from being read correctly under some circumstances. I just posted a fixed version to GitHub, where it is also possible to download a source build of the package with this fix included. Enjoy....
